Supervision

Supervision can be for managerial or professional purposes. Typically, managerial supervision is conducted by your line manager. Professional supervision can focus on development of clinical skills, reflecting on practice, managing workload, and developing professional self-worth. I have experience of professional supervision for therapists at all stages of their career, and I am passionate about helping therapists feel knowledgeable and skilled in their jobs.
