Groups

As well as one-to-one therapy sessions, I offer these group sessions. Groups are pay-as-you-go, so you can come along every week or pop in when you can.

  • Communication Group for People with Aphasia

This is a small in-person group for those with aphasia. Anyone with aphasia is welcome to attend, but I do ask that you complete the referral form first. This means I have some knowledge of how aphasia has affected you and I can support you appropriately. This group runs on Friday afternoons for 90 minutes.

  • Reading Group for People with Aphasia - coming soon

This will be another in-person group for those with aphasia. We will mainly focus on reading books that have been specially selected to be accessible for those with aphasia. However, we will also practice reading other materials such as recipes, news articles, and poetry. If you are interested in being part of this new group, you can register here
